My cliq cracked yesterday and I got it 5 days ago -_-. After reading everyone’s comments, I am going to try to go to T-mobile store and hope they exchange this bullshit phone. I’m so pissed.

this morning i dropped my phone and it landed flat on its back but somehow it was enough force to crack the bottom of the screen. This woudnt be weird if it were the first time it has fallen but its not. I have dropped it onto the edge of the curb and i really thought that would kill the screen but it didnt. I think there is just that sweet spot with every phone where the slightest breeze can destroy it

I definitely think you are exaggerating. I dropped my phone last night on the concrete, while sitting in a chair with it in my lap, so same distance right? I just have 2 hairline cracks horizontally at the bottom of my screen. Yeah I’m pissed but everything still works so I don’t really care. But anyway. Don’t lie, its not cool.

This phone pisses me off sometimes because the battery life is aweful but I’ve never had issues with the screen. I’ve dropped it many times and atleast 3 times with the screen face down on the concrete. Although the case is scratched up the screen does not even have a mark. One thing that sucks about the screen everything gets stuck to it. Tiny pieces of anything…dust, hair, etc. Its so annoying. I had to blow stuff off the screen couple times while writing this. Also Google andriod software kind of feels like beta software, so many bugs. How they except stupid people to use it.

WOW. Are some of you people just making these things up because you stepped on your phone or got mad and chucked it across the room? I have had a few issues with my droid, but I have dropped it MULTIPLE times from off my lap as I got out of my lifted dodge ram, a good 5 foot drop or more and I have never had a screen issue. I have dropped it directly on the screen in gravel before and all I got was a small scratch on the screen…

Mine broke yesterday my front cover fell off and hooked onto the earpeace of my phone nd it pull the front glass screen and cracked….only thing holding it together iz my screen protecter…grrr hope I can replace it

Yep, Amanda. Right there with you. First my keyboard went out, so I started using the awful touch screen. Then my screen cracked after a TWO foot drop. REALLY? This phone sucks.

I have the cliq as well. My screen cracked today. Not surprised, this is the worst phone purchase I have ever made. Touch screen is way off and at times it takes 10 minutes to place a call because it opens every app BUT contacts. I hate this phone.
