Lynda Carter Still Playing Wonder Woman

1970’s hottie Lynda Carter, most famous for playing the super sexy Wonder Woman on TV decades ago, is in the news this week for a real life act of heroism. While canoing down the Potomac River in Washington, DC Lynda found a dead body floating face down in the water. She flagged down passing boaters who then called 911. The body turned out to belong to 47 year old Helen Johnstone. The death is still under investigation but authorities believe she fell into the water from a nearby hiking trail.
Why this news is such a big deal is beyond me. If Lynda kept rowing into the heart of DC, she would have found dead bodies all over the place. Still, the news caused me to do a little research and I came to a very spectacular discovery. What was considered super sexy back in the 1970’s pales by today’s comparison. With the remake of superhero movies being all the rage right now, I figured there HAD to be something in the works for a new Wonder Woman. I did a quick search of IMDB and it turns out that a movie called Justice League: Mortal was in the works but is currently tabled. Personally, I think an entire movie with Superman, Batman, Aquaman (I wonder if Vincent Chase would be cast?), and Wonder Woman would be pretty lame. Apparently, the film is just planning to relocate filming and still might happen. If it does, Australian model Megan Gale is slated to play the role of Wonder Woman.
Personally, I think a movie dedicated entirely to Wonder Woman would do much better. Especially if it starred Megan Fox as the magic rope slinging beauty. Can you imagine her in the modern outfit shown above? Mmmm……Megannnnn…..

I’m not normally struck by beauty, in fact all the celeb crap pisses me off, but….. that Megan Fox pic did make me jump back a little….. that is a damn pretty woman!!
Wonder Woman was a little too much before my time and I always thought it was a piece of crap….. for some reason I tie it in with the first Spider Man movies (which were awesome!!!!….. back then, I can’t seem to find any info on them these days but I did find this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aupg_B7KBas).
I love Lynda, she had class and beauty. Megan Fox looks like she belongs on a street corner waiting to give 90% to her pimp.
